— Angel and Matt

Angel handles our customer service operations, booking, and trip planning. Here is a bit about her:

“I grew up in PA and quickly became a lover of theme parks being so close to Knoebels, Hershey Park and Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom. It was always a great way to spend the day having fun with friends and family. Going as a kid, as a teen and later as an adult with our own child; there is always something to do for everyone to have a fantastic time. After our first visit to Walt Disney World in 2019, I knew this was going to be part of our lives. There is just something about being able to escape the stresses of life and enjoy a completely immersive environment with your family and friends. I love being able to plan out our trips and find what’s new and exciting, while also looking at all the things we still have yet to experience.”

My favorite WDW park is: Magic Kingdom
My favorite WDW ride is: Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind
My favorite food at WDW is: The wings at ‘Ohana
My favorite Disney character is: Minnie Mouse
My favorite Disney memory is: Watching the parade down Main Street USA with our family all smiling ear to ear
My favorite Disney Princess is: Belle
My biggest tip to travelling to Disney is: Do not get hung up on an itinerary, your favorite memories could be made when you least expect it
My bucket list at Disney is: To see the castles in each park around the world

Matt does our marketing and social media communications for the business. Here is a peek into his past:

“I grew up in Central Pennsylvania only a few miles from America’s Largest Free-Admission Amusement Park | Knoebels Amusement Resort. Saying I spent a lot of my free time at the amusement park would be grossly understated. It was nothing for us to go a few times a week especially when I started driving. To me, there is no better way to spend some family time than riding the rides and eating the amazing food at an amusement park. This is one of the best family amusement parks in the world. Knoebels also has my absolute favorite wooden roller coaster, The Phoenix. There is just something about the clicking and clacking of a wooden roller coaster. We also had Hersheypark just a bit south of us and I can remember riding the SooperDooperLooper for the first time. The feeling of going upside down is one I can still feel 25-30 years later. I visited Universal Studios Orlando for the first time in the spring of 1998. I remember riding Jaws at the park and still feel a little bitter about its closing in a “haha” way. This was my first experience with the immersive rides of Universal or Disney Parks. I remember being in awe with how they made you feel like you were on the Orca hunting or being hunted by Jaws. My first trip to Walt Disney World was in November of 2019 and ever since I have spent more time than I care to admit watching Disney videos or listening to Angel plan our next Disney trip (she does take suggestions). We always have at least one Disney Vacation on the calendar. We enjoy our time at Disney trying new things (all for our clients’ sake of course) and revisiting some old favorites. I love the immersion you feel when you walk into a Disney Park. It is different for each park, in Animal Kingdom I feel like I am walking through a village in Nepal or, I am guessing, Pandora.”

My favorite WDW park is: EPCOT
My favorite WDW ride is: Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
My favorite food at WDW is: Steakhouse 71 Stack Burger
My favorite Disney character is: Donald Duck
My favorite Disney memory is: Seeing my family’s faces when they saw Cinderella’s Castle for the first time. My mother-in-law had the biggest smile on her face I have ever seen.
My favorite Disney Princess is (yeah even guys can have a favorite): Snow White
My biggest tip to travelling to Disney is: You cannot do everything. Pick one thing per day, do it, and freestyle the rest. It gets some “must-do” items out of the way.
My bucket list at Disney is: Staying at a bungalow at Polynesian Resort.
