The view can range from a standard view of a parking lot or pool up to a Savanna view overlooking the animals at Disney’s Animal Kingdom or a theme park or fire works view of Magic Kingdom. Each resort has a themed pool and a quiet pool with all having a waterplay area or splash pad for younger travelers. PROs of Disney Deluxe Resorts
- You will not find a higher feeling of luxury than staying at a deluxe resort. These resorts have the best pools, the best restaurant options, and things like fitness centers right on property.
- The larger rooms allow you to bring more family members or to spread out with your close family members. With villas sleeping up to 12 guests, it is the perfect opportunity for a multi-generational Disney vacation.
- Transportation options are aplenty, and these resorts are at some of the best locations on Walt Disney World property. These resorts allow your group to leave a park for an afternoon nap and return to the park for the evening.
CONs of Disney Deluxe Resorts
- These resorts are the most expensive on property. You do get better amenities and styling, but they are difficult for certain families to afford.
- Deluxe resorts may not be the best fit for the visitors that will go to the parks from rope drop to closing time. There is so much to do on the grounds of these resorts that you would need to take some time to spend at the resort to take advantage of them.
- The resorts tend to be busier than other resorts. They are near the parks, they have great restaurants and shopping, and many guests of other resorts will come to the deluxe resorts to eat or simply walk around and take in the sights.
